GUILTYTOO.COM
Privacy, simply
Our voting and comment forms don’t ask for your full name or email address.
Your votes
We save your verdict and your answer about doing it too. Public pages show combined totals, never individual answers.
Personal invitations
We store the nickname, selected case, details and reply for each invitation. Anyone with its private link can view it. Nicknames and replies stay off public case pages. My invitations lets the sending browser read its invitations and replies without opening the recipient’s response controls.
Private comments
Comments are saved for the site owner to read and improve GuiltyToo. They aren’t published. Please leave names, contact details and other private information out of your comment.
A browser cookie
A random browser identifier helps remember your votes, find invitations you created in this browser, and limit repeated submissions. The cookie has a one-year lifetime and can be cleared in your browser settings.
Anonymous live activity
A random identifier in browser storage helps count active browsers and pages for the site owner. We keep only each open tab’s latest page and activity time, with old entries cleared during later activity. Names, contact details, private invitation identifiers, query strings and link tokens aren’t recorded in this view. Owner pages and invitation previews are excluded. You can clear this identifier in your browser settings.
Website activity
The same random browser identifier helps the owner understand visits, pages opened and whether voting steps succeed. We keep these usage records with a broad source category and device type. Private invitation identifiers, full referring links and individual voting answers aren’t included. Owner pages and marked tests are excluded from visitor reports. A visit ends after 30 minutes without tracked activity; browser storage can be cleared in your settings.
Keeping things working
We keep votes and invitations so results and links continue to work, and comments for the owner’s review.
